Today AnnaSophia is going to be a judge/taste tester at the Red Robin Restaurant hamburger contest. She can’t wait, the hamburgers are awesome and the event is for a great cause – to raise money and awareness for “The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children”. Please read below to find out more about this important organization. And you can support by bringing your family and friends to Red Robin and order one of the hamburgers that was created by the winner of this taste testing contest!
“Red Robin Kids’ Cook-Off” supports the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children’s child safety education and abduction prevention efforts The annual Kids’ Cook-Off, now in its fifth year, invites kids to submit their own gourmet burger creations to Red Robin. The grand-prize-winning gourmet burger – chosen from thousands of recipes submitted each year – is sold in all U.S. Red Robin restaurants, and a portion of proceeds from each winning gourmet burger sold benefits the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), Red Robin’s beneficiary for several community programs since 2006. Red Robin has donated more than $220,000 to NCMEC through this annual Cook-Off, and those funds have supported the organization’s child safety education and abduction prevention efforts.
